How long before my order is shipped?
It typically takes 2-5 business days to ship. Delays may be experienced depending on volume and especially during sales and or launches.

What if I have not received my package yet?
Please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you to track the status of your package. Unfortunately, once the package is in possession of the United States Postal Service, we cannot control delivery time, nor are we able to contact them to expedite or find your package.
